Good morning everyone here is a quick and easy tasteful breakfast :
What you'll want to gather is:
Fresh Oats
Greek yogurt
Honey
Baking powder
Cooking spry (I rather unsalted fresh butter)
Milk (use Almond milk for flavour)
Eggs
Mixing bowl or mixer
Stove or hot plate
Pan
Spatula

In a mixer or bowl combine:
1/2 cup water
1 cup oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1- 1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup honey (or to your tasting)
1 cup milk (adjust to the texture of mix after combined)

Second bowl:
Mix two eggs with nutmeg and pinch of salt. (Add a 1tbs of sweet condensed milk for extra flavour or vanilla extract)
After you combine the ingredients in the first bowl (texture shouldn't be smooth and liquefied)
Add eggs but don't completely integrate eggs with pancake mixture. This will help with fluffed pancakes
Over a pan spray or coat with butter
Medium low heat.
Medium low heat.
Use a 1/2 cup measuring spoon to equally distribute the mixture to the pan.
Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes then flip
Once you notice this status of your pancake it's time to flip.
Set aside and repeat until all batter is used.
Then garnish with your choice of topping and enjoy
